Product Description:

RUIDEER Bell-Type Zinc Process Furnace is specially developed for zinc recovery from cemented carbide scraps, adopting advanced one-to-two dual retort zinc reclamation process to realize uninterrupted continuous production.

Different from traditional single-chamber zinc melting furnaces, our bell-type zinc furnace equips one heating bell matched with two independent furnace retorts (A & B). While heating retort A, operators can load raw materials into retort B simultaneously. Once the heating cycle of retort A finishes, the heating bell can be directly transferred to retort B for heating without waiting for the bell to cool down completely for discharging. This alternating circulation mode drastically cuts idle waiting time, lowers overall energy consumption and greatly boosts your factory’s production efficiency.

The furnace features a bottom zinc collection design: all zinc vapor and condensed zinc droplets sink downward along the airflow path, which effectively avoids secondary zinc evaporation loss and minimizes energy waste during the zinc recycling process.

  • The Bell-Type Zinc Process Furnace is securely packaged in a strong wooden box bubble wrap, foam, and other protective materials.
  • The wooden box is then placed in a sturdy metal shipping crate for added protection during transport.The shipping crate is then secured to a pallet with straps for easy movement
  • The pallet is then loaded onto a truck or other suitable vehicle for shipping.
  • The shipment is tracked throughout its journey to ensure safe and timely delivery.
